Apple Pie Carmel Apples

2 ½ c. brown sugar (packed)
1 cube butter
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
green Granny Smith apples (washed and dried completely)
white chocolate
cinnamon and sugar

Add brown sugar, butter and syrup to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add sweetened condensed milk. Boil 10-18 minutes, stirring constantly until real hard ball. Remove from heat. Wait 3-5 minutes, then dip apples. Place apples on sprayed cookie sheets and cool completely. Melt white chocolate in double boiler. Roll apples in white chocolate and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place back on cookie sheets.
