Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 (10 oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
OR 10 oz fresh spinach (chopped)
1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 T sour cream
2 T mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded parmesan
Lawrys garlic salt - to taste
cayenne pepper - to taste

Heat cream cheese in microwave for about a minute to soften. Add spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayo, and parmesan. Mix all together and add garlic salt and cayenne to taste. You can either heat throughout in the microwave or place in an oven safe dish and cook in the oven at 400 degrees until the top is toasty.

You can serve with bread or Tostitos Flour Tortilla chips or even veggies.  I prefer to thinly slice crusty bread, spritz it with olive oil and lightly sprinkle cayenne pepper on top.  Place in the oven at 400 degrees just until the tops are barely toasted.

This is an easy crowd pleaser.
