Banana Cupcakes


1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/8 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 large bananas, mashed

Frosting:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Beat until foamy. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, mix the yogurt and milk together; pour into mixture and blend. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and bananas. Pour into cupcake paper cups, almost full (they do not rise much). Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 mins. or until golden brown. Frosting: Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla; add enough powdered sugar to make spreadable. When your cupcakes are completely cool, frost and enjoy!!
