Cheesecake Dessert

Crumble Crust
2 c. wheat flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients together. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees, checking every 5 minutes and stirring, until toasted. Let cool.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powd. sugar
1 lrg. Cool Whip

Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, scraping sides. Add whipped topping, mixing until smooth.

Topping Options
fresh strawberries and glaze
blueberry pie filling
cherry pie filling
whatever else you like

Place crust in a 9X13 pan or in (about 24) individual cupcake liners. Top with filling and then with topping.
