Sun-dried Tomato Dip

I borrowed a friend's Barefoot Contessa Cookbook and I found this little gem. It's super yummy!

1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoes)
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. good mayonnaise
10 dashes Tobasco sauce
1 t. salt
3/4 t. pepper
2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)

Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Tobasco sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the scallions and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature with crackers, chips and/or fresh vegetables.

I have taken this dip to several parties and it is always a huge hit - it is one of my favorites. One of my friend's made it and spread it on slices of thin ham and rolled them up, cut them into pieces held together with a toothpick and they were yummy too!
