Aunt Cindy's Beans

I usually make this recipe vegetarian, but men like it with all the meat! It is easy to make both versions at the same time.

1/2 to 1 lb. of ground beef, browned and drained
1/2 to 1 lb. of bacon, browned and crmbled into small pieces
1 to 2 cups of ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of baby butter beans
1 can of pork and beans
1 can of lima beans
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 tbs of vinegar
2 tbs of yellow mustard
1/2 cup of catsup
dash of salt

Combine all ingredients -- including about 1/2 to 3/4 of the liquid from the cans of beans -- in a casserole dish or large crockpot. If using a crock pot cook on med-high for at least 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. If using a casserole dish bake approx. 40 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
