Aloha (Kamae) Chippers

1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
leave cookie sheets ungreased
cream butter, sugars, egg, water, vanilla, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
until light and fluffy. Blend in flour until dough is smooth and stiff. Stir in the chips,
coconut and nuts. drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until just firm in the center. Do not over bake. Remove to wire
racks to cool.

(the recipe calls for 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup of the white chocolate
chips and only 1/2 cup of coconut, but I changed it to how we like it)

*this recipe is from a Tupperware cookbook - I just added my own flare!
