Ginger Chicken (my secret weapon!)

Ginger Chicken
Prep Time: 40 minutes (including marinating time)
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
(sorry no picture AGAIN!)

chicken breast- skinless boneless sliced
(as much as you will need to feed your family)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbs chopped green onions
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs honey
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
4 garlic cloves minced

mix together. marinate with chicken for 30 minutes
drain chicken reserving marinade

cook chicken in non-stick skillet add oil, sauté 5 minutes
add marinade cook until done
serve over rice
and with fresh green beans on the side - yumm!

* I usually double the sauce its good as a "gravy" over the rice *

Serves: 4-6
