Steak or Chicken Kabobs





2 lbs. of steak (sirloin tip)
3 chicken breasts
2 bell peppers
3 onions
3 small zuccini
1 pineapple


Meat Marinade Recipe
½ c. soy sauce
¼ c. water
2 T. vinegar
1 T. oil
1 t. sugar
¼ t. ground ginger
½ t. minced garlic

Chop your meat into bite-size, skewer ready pieces. Marinate your meat(s) in your favorite marinade or the marinade above (1 bowl and recipe per type of meat) for at least 3 hours.

Cut all your vegetables, pineapple and onions into skewer ready pieces.

Skewer your kabobs. You can make separate pineapple kabobs or mix them in with your meat and vegetables. One trick I like is to make sure all my meat pieces have an onion on either side. It makes your meat delicious. Grill away, turning on all sides until your meat is cooked. You may want to salt and pepper as you are cooking. Serve with white rice.
