2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened a bit
1/2 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix, shake it up first
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
seasoned salt to taste
finely chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a ball, roll in pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap to hold its shape and chill.
Enjoy with crackers, such as Wheat Thins. Delish.
