Chef Tess Bakeresse

I must be way behind the boat... but I, JUST TODAY, discovered Chef Tess from Kira's Mellon Pops post. Wow! I love her. She has some awesome ideas and makes a lot of freezer meals. One I am definitely going to try is: Pork or Chicken in Peanut Sauce.
